Our Pastor A note from the pastor: Thank you for your interest in this new adventure. We are looking for people with a �whatever it takes� kind of attitude with a heart to serve in building God�s kingdom one life at a time. As salt we hope to preserve our relationship with Christ through biblical teaching, meaningful worship and by being in community with one another. Mike joined the staff at Northshore Christian Church in Everett, Washington in September of 2000, and currently lives in Arlington with his wife, Laura, and their four sons. Together, with 40 or 50 attenders from Northshore Christian, they started The Point Church officially in October of 2004. Mike was born in St. Paul, Minnesota, and was raised in Palatine, Illinois. He graduated with a B.S. from Purdue University, and an M.A. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He has worked as a Campus Pastor with Worldwide Discipleship Association at Purdue University, and at Willow Creek Community Church in Chicago as a Serving Groups Pastor.
