with a �whatever it takes� kind of attitude with a heart to
serve in building God�s kingdom one life at a time.
As salt we hope to preserve our relationship with Christ
through biblical teaching, meaningful worship and by being
in community with one another.
As light, we hope to shine the love of Jesus into a hurting
and hopeless world.

Mike J. Zachman
Senior Pastor, The Point Church Mike was born in
St. Paul, Minnesota, and was raised in Palatine, Illinois.
He graduated with a B.S. from Purdue University, and
an M.A. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He
has worked as a Campus Pastor with Worldwide Discipleship
Association at Purdue University, and at Willow Creek
Community Church in Chicago as a Serving Groups Pastor.
Mike joined the staff at Northshore in October of 2000,
and currently lives in Arlington with his wife, Laura,
and their three sons -- and soon their fourth son! His
interests include skiing, fishing, golfing, birding
and international travel.
